Baptist Health Outpatient Services
The insight that led me to create a new brand promise for Baptist Outpatient Services was simple: “You’re not just in the healthcare business, you’re in the retail business.” By creating their new slogan “GET Treated BETTER,” I was able to tie Baptist Health’s upscale brand experience — ranked highest in patient surveys — with the promise of better health outcomes. The advertising agency, Mad 4 Marketing, hired me as their freelance copywriter and creative director used an internet marketing strategy and traditional media such as radio, print and direct mail advertising to help build awareness and consideration for the client’s Urgent Care and Diagnostic Centers, Breast Center, Sleep Center, Executive Health Program and other outpatient facilities. Brand extensions were also developed for their pediatric facility with the slogan “Kids GET Treated BETTER.”
